Downloaded it yesterday.
I was very impressed with the movement of the people, I think it's the most natural movement I have seen in a game yet.
I find the fighting sequences to be the most fun I have had in a 1st person shooter. I can't be sure, but I think actual bullets are exiting my weapons and bouncing all over the room, knocking things over, sparks flying, all sorts of crazy stuff. When the guns go off, it just gets insane.
Oh and it's scariness factor is quite well done. (The game uses ghosts).
