  • Cool thanks for those scans.

    Sending off a large trannie now to loot one planet. Building another couple of large trannies, and by then my 15 raiding small transports will be back. Hopefully I'll get a few good loads off before they get picked clean.

    • Question to Tuberski and Spaced Cowboy:

      would it be a good idea to settle in your SolSys and make it (in time) an all Apolyton system?

      currently 4 mediocre slots are available, but slot 4 and 7 might open up soon...

      • Founded my first colony in my home system (4:450) in slot 6. 232 fields!
        Within weeks they'll be re-opening the shipyards
        And notifying the next of kin

        • Nice colony.

          I've got two that I'll need to dump eventually. At the moment though I've been working on crystal production but I really need to bump up deut. Across all my colonies, I produce each hour:

          Metal: 1528
          Crystal: 2365
          Deut: 591

          Metal is easily stolen, but my deut mostly gets used up through raiding.
          I'm building a wagon! On some other part of the internets, obviously (but not that other site).

            will have crusiers later today, large cargos will take longer. currently just happy milking my cows.

                My empire wide resource production:
                Metal: 1346 + 778 + 318 = 2442
                Crystal: 753 + 627 + 424 = 1804
                Duet: 394 + 353 + 235 = 982

                I've really been pumping the duet mine levels. I'm trying to keep the metal mine levels up enough so I don't really need to ship too much metal around, just the odd pile of duet/crystal from the colonies to the main.

                        Go ahead, I put my first colony one system up from that one (73?). Wouldn't it be scarry to see an alliance moving in to the others in the system?

                            Perhaps.

                            Anyway, I wandered of in the other direction, and settled in 171.
                            The anoying thing is now that the (now defunkt) ship is still in my fleet list!. Maybe a new colony ship will materialize when it comes back?

                            • Hmm...I've been leaving them alone and doing some of the others that I posted.

                              The guy in slot 14 is showing up as white to me, how bout you tubes?

                              IIRC the colony ship still had to return to my system before it disappeared. I did not notice it for my uni 3 colonies, but did notice the strangeness on my uni 8 colony.

                                I had a problem yesterday with a couple of probes I'd sent out, and that had returned and reported all right, but which refused to disappear from my fleet page, even when I logged out and returned.
                                Eventually (after about 30 minutes) the bug buggered off, and the game updated, but it was really annoying while it lasted, because I couldn't send out any more ships or probes.
