Yes. It's Duke's turn to set the word, as he got the last one. However, to stop the game from taking too long we have a time limit. It's really quite simple.

Could the time limit be made more lively, like now. A game of chance and skill this may not be for those that play in the books and libraries of life. A game it is though. Come now Sir, start this a new, for the power must be yours to weild, Mister Forum game king. Make your lions roar, and your subjects tremble as you change the rules, breaking the sacred glass of apathy, and taking the word progress off the shelf, bringing it into practise.

Unfortunately altering the rules just isn't possible, or indeed fair. Anarchy would reign in the kingdom of forum games, and mucheth misery would result.
