          While there may have been deaths from gaming for too long, I think the required amount exceeds 3 hours by a long shot. Like 3 days.
          I'm building a wagon! On some other part of the internets, obviously (but not that other site).

                          Yes, though I think they also try to make "net bars" less problematic at the same time.

                          "Net bars" are places where people can hire computer usage - remember many in the PRC cannot afford computers at home. They used to be for people surfing the Net but now most users play MMORPG. So you have these places with kids packed inside, many of which are illegal and unlicensed because of the MMORPG boom. It doesn't take a lot of imagination to see these are ticking time bombs waiting to go off.
