              Hehe... A couple of years ago there was a guy in the Interactive Fiction scene who made a game called Alpha Centauri or something. You were supposed to be the first man to travel to AC. People were not amused when they found out it played in real time
              Within weeks they'll be re-opening the shipyards
              And notifying the next of kin
              Once again...

                Madden Football. First play you suffer a career ending injury. Or you get busted for doing drugs. Or you kill someone and spend years in jail.

                Madden football never addresses these issues. I'd like to see them.

                  Madden Football. You have no control over what's going on, but have to make insightful commentary for the entire match, and not spend it staring at the cheerleaders. You also have to sit next to an idiot with the title "Colour commentator", who doesn't know as much as you about the game, but is on a comparable salary because the suits think he's funny.

                            It will still take years

                            Although it will be much shorter for the crew if relativistic efforts are taken into account.
