I'm noticing some conflicting/confusing rules:
A player with no bases at the beginning of a round must capture at least one base that round or be eliminated.

Clarification: Attrition begins place at the end of the turn the battle took place.
Fleets with no OoB are destroyed.

Torpedoes x2 vs Unopposed
Fighters x2 vs Unopposed
Self-built base 1 costs 8 BP.

First, I think the rule is 10% attrition when your fleet goes baseless, and then you have to capture or be destroyed entirely.
Unopposed is if you have an LFT-TFL OOB, for example, but by the time you get to the second L use, your lasers have all been destroyed. The opponent deals unopposed damage to you.

I'm going to change it to no attrition, but you need to capture bases the next turn or be eliminated. Basically you have one shot with whatever fleet you have left.
Adding a note about what unopposed means.
Corrected this by deleting all the text and adding all repairs are free.
