A 3D Space Opera game is in development!

What I'd like is EU2 in space. Specifically:

* A laid-back approach to resources.
* An empire-wide stability rating.
* Simple tech-trees.
* Complex diplomacy.

It's radically different from what your average space 4X gamer wants, though.
