    I don't want to know

But the point still stands that to get what Thompson said was in the game you have to download at least 3-4 mods. And I guess that some of the mods are not "that" easy to find, I have been at several sims2 modding sites and I have yet to come across at least 2 of the needed mods
Of course I haven't tried to search for it

And allowing modding (which could be abused by some) is so clearly different that including content that can be unlocked by a mod - let's not forget this key distinction.

It looks like Rockstar just made it for their own enjoyment and then didn't realise it could be unlocked, rather than meaning it to be. But the point still stands.

Yes, please keep up. They are the ones "allowing modding which could be abused by some".

I know they're allowing it, but Thomson doesn't want it to be allowed

                  Clearly!
I'm building a wagon! On some other part of the internets, obviously (but not that other site).

thomsons exaggerations have detracted from real concerns about violence in video games, and I think are an embarrasment to the cause of doing something about it.

Well I don't think he's in it against violence mostly. It seems he has something against nudity in games.

Yeah, I think he is secretly working for the other side.

                          because they are *******s.

Remember in civ3 some lawyer for infogrames sent a cease and desist to someone converting civ3 to german (before the german version was out).

Well there was an obvious reason for the Civ3 case - a German translation would have been in direct competition with the official German version.

                              This is hilarious

I thought it was just a video game, but it turned out to be eternal damnation in hell.

but still, a person has to buy the english version for the mods to be any good (though they could get a pirated english version I suppose). What's the difference if they sell an english version, or a german version?
