As a side note, I don't know of anyone having sex because of this game, though about a year ago, a couple of people were arrested in the Bay Area for stealing cars and one of them cited GTA as an influence, saying he "played the game by day, and lived it by night". This was before San Andreas came out; there have been no further stories of the sort since.

I know Neverwinter Nights gives me the urge to dress up in full plate mail and talk to shopkeepers looking for magical weapons and talk to named pedestrians looking for quests.

If they go after The Sims 1/2 they might as well go after all games that allows any modding at all. What if someone made a mod to Civ2 that changes all wonder movies with small porn movies and made the mod as easy to find as the nude patch for The Sims 2? Should Civ2 now be rated AO?
The patch for The Sims1/2 works by someone who bypasses the normal code in the game with their own code, so it's not directly in the code (not talking about any leftovers here)

And since this patch only removes the blur you don't get to see anything at all. You get the same level of excitement by looking at some mannequin (that still hasn't been clothed yet) in the stores

What?

Nipples/pubic hair? Only if you find (or make) a (better) nude skin for it, which is possible for a lot of games. I wouldn't be suprised if there's a nude skin avaliable to most FPS games so they should be banned too if that's the case

Penis/labia? Not possible since AFAIK you can't change the shape of the sims and they are not included in the game
