Wow, with more then 48 hours to spare (snoopy is out of town until Tuesday night) it looks like everyone is in.

Almost figures that the time we are relatively quick is the time when the GM is away for the weekend

Although not in as big trouble as you would if you didn't have any water with you.
Heavy water is radioactive, and i'd consider that toxic, unless it somehow doesn't transmit that radioactivity? Or perhaps i'm mistaken as to its radioactive nature?

I'll process the orders in a bit, just getting in and all

No, as far as I know, the isotope of hydrogen in heavy water is not (dangerously) radioactive per se... but I figure it does become radioactive when you make a weapon with it.
Cake and grief counseling will be available at the conclusion of the test. Thank you for helping us help you help us all!

Round Two: Busy Busy Bartender ...

The bartender was busier than ever, with eleven drinks poured. Indeed, only Hercules was playing wallflower this time...

Jonny and Jaguar continued to ask for sodas, with Vanilla Coke and IBC root beer being served for them. EPW and Atragon also made non-alcoholic drinks, although Atragon's LA Tap Water verges on the toxic; EPW's prune juice, on the other hand, would only be toxic for the extremely "regular" ... Kassi's Battery Acid, an irregular drink to say the least, left no question as to its toxicity.

Skanky Burns ordered a glass of Port, while Spaced Cowboy went with Champagne. Shogun Gunner went with a Blue Hawaiian, just to be different, while Sparrowhawk ordered a Moosehead to complement his other ales. The youngsters continued to order non-alcoholic versions of their favorite-looking alcoholic drinks; Paramir went the Bond route with a shaken-not-stirred Martini, while Lord Nuclear somehow figured out how to get a non-alcoholic Mike's Hard Lemonade, which as far as I understand is just lemonade and booze ...

Anyhow, the standings ... still not one drink has been drunk, of course, which leaves some interesting questions for what will happen next??

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heavy_water btw gives some interesting info. I'd consider it toxic, certainly, altho not as seriously toxic as I had thought... but consuming it alone does cause you to have some serious problems, as you said.

It's not used as part of a weapon, but rather as part of the plutonium production process, or at least could be ... perhaps indicating the possible use Kassi intends?

Btw, you may want to change the heading in the recent table.

                      Rules question:

Suppose I send one nuke to Skanky, who deflected to Atragon, but Atragon deflected to Skanky? Additionally, suppose that a second nuke is sent at each of them by someone else. How would it work?

                          Jaguar:

Every odd numbered nuke to arrive is deflected, while every even numbered one gets through the deflector.

Skanky would have 2 incoming (one from you and another from player 4), and Atragon would have one incoming (from player 4). #1 to Skanky is deflected, #2 to Skanky hits, #1 to Atragon is deflected. [Skanky has lost 1 city so far.]

The nuke deflected from skanky is the 2nd to hit Atragon this turn, so it gets through the deflectors. [Now both Skanky and Atragon have lost one city each.] Meanwhile, the nuke deflected from Atragon goes back to Skanky. It is the 3rd nuke to arrive, so is deflected back to Atragon. It is now the 3rd nuke to arrive at Atragon, so it is deflected again back to Skanky, where that is the 4th arrival, so it goes through the deflectors.

Skanky loses 2 cities, and Atragon loses 1.

                          And orderssent.

                              I don't like that example.
