Seeing an opportunity to get rid of a longstanding annoyance, the villagers executed Lord Nuclear. However, it seemed that the villagers were the ones being clueless, not the mafia, for on the next night, the corpse of DrSpike was found by a person scampering to his outhouse. Poor Spikey had had his throat slashed, AND he had been stabbed repeatedly with a pointy weapon of some sort, AND he had been doused and ignited, AND his eyes had been gouged out.
No one was quite sure of the order of these procedures, but nevertheless, he was now quite deade, and it was time to vote once again.

I can counterpile quite well, thank you - it was obvious that, when Darkcloud mentioned avoiding voting for rah and the Tuberskis (sounds like a band, actually), and then Mrs. Tuberski voted for rah, there was about to be a rah docpile, thus sneakily letting her get away. Hence the preemptive counterpile.Comment

I'd like to point out that one of the three missing voters is Spaced who has stated elsewhere that he is out of the country until friday (sounds like an excuse a mafia might use to me).
