Have you seen the spore wiki? I think it might possibly become cool once the game actually comes out but right now it is just a piece of crap.

People have already created their species and its story and homeworld and they have individual entries for each person's creation.

I'm super hyped about spore, but not enough to start actually crafting creatures. I mean, after seeing Wright doodle around with it a bit, I don't think that I know the creature editor to know exactly what I am going to make something look like. I'd say they're all bit nuts.

If you've already seen the video, there's not much to come for here. Only by opening the videos next to each other I could see the small difference in quality

I found a website (can't find it now) but it wwas all of the videos from the convention that Wil was at. Some of the stuff was kind of interesting but Wil's speech was by far the best. Moreso though, because it wasn't as technical computer jargon bull**** as the others were.

I'm really excited about the possibility of procedural verbs, but I'm not sure how easy thatsystem will be to manage. I think it will be a long time before all of the kinks are worked out, and a completely logical and easy to use system is developed.

I found an interview with Will Wright, with lots of new video of the game:

Warning: The file is very large (~500 mb) and only a small part is about Spore (from 28th minute or so... it was about 5 minutes long)

The video is only about exploring new planets and such (some of those planets sure looks weird), they never play around with the creature editor
