I don't think everyone had Round 11 orders in, so some of you it's a new turn, some not. Round 10 was posted shortly before Eventis was scheduled to go down (another 20 hours passed or so before it actually did) so some of you didn't see it.

Test GO 11.1: Refugees in space
Only one thing of interest happened this round. Fortunately for the Refugee Events, it was ... quite interesting.
Jaguar, newly of Le Club Du Laser, has sent a 7-up flagship (without a seventh shield, oddly enough) alongside 70 laser escorts, 17 torpedo escorts, and 10 frigates, to Planet Kassi, which is fitted with a full 6 set of everything, and 35 of each lasers and torpedoes.
Kassi has more total AP and HP, but Jaguar has more Lazors.
Any guesses on who wins
