It has EU2+expansion, Victoria and Hearts of Iron.

Can't tell for HoI, but EU2 and Vicky are excellent games.
      I second this recommendation.

One can always improve the swords.

                      What's Victoria about, British empire-building? Turn-based?

Victoria is a game made by Paradox, based on their EU engine. Very complex and a great amount of MM, you either love it or hate it it seems. I for one thinks it can be fun to an extent, but I seldom play it, as EU2 and CK is just so much better. But if you like MM and complexity to a large degree, it's a game for you. It's, as all Paradox games, a real-time game with a pause button, a grand strategy game. You play any country existing in the world either in 1836, 1861, 1881 or 1914, playing to 1920. It also have a large amount of mods made for it.

Historical empire building. period of 1836 - 1920, but you can play as other powers, not just Britain. Though obviously Britain is real important in this period.

                            Nikolai,

I take it that "MM" refers to micromanagement?

Which game does CK refer to?

                              CK is Crusader Kings.

                                That's right.
MM does indeed refer to micromanagement.
