Hopefully it's a long chain, and I'm not at the end of it.

        • Chapter 11.1
          Base Closing

Here is something to think about
Everything is worth stealing to someone.

Having conquered fear, General Ordin now plotted to conquer the Universe. Tours of duty were extended indefinitely and stoploss measures were imposed, though this bothered his troops only marginally since the homeland had been lost long ago anyway.

Like before, the entire fleet departed for battle. And once again, not long after, an enemy fleet showed up over the unguarded bases. This time, it was a squadron of automated warships commanded by the Colony I system, which wasted no time in installing a new government onto the five planets.

                  • Is it even possible to attack someone who has no bases? They're just a bunch of ships floating around randomly.

I'm sure it would be possible to track them. I wonder how Disengage would work without any bases?

                          • It is possible to attack a baseless player, but he will surely not stay there since he needs bases.
Not even a spy can prevent him from leaving since he probably has some anti-spy devices left.

                                All the Emperor's Men

Here is something to think about
Rentacop is no substitute for real cop.

While its holdings had been reduced to five meager planets, Basileus Naviwinat's Empire seemed as glorious as ever. The Imperial aristocracy was thriving even more so than it had before, and the former loner was now a leader of alliances.

But there seemed to be a curse on the house, for like General Ordin, new ally Zol Ventis found his undefended bases sacked whilehis entire fleet joined the Emperor in battle. The conquerer was the persistent Min Grah, who was back, undeterred by the past shield impact.
