Remember, I've participated in quite a few GO games as well.
Hell, I even won one! (by outsourcing to the right person)

Ah yes, if I had done a TTFFLL OoB, I should have roamed quite a bit more of your ships in the first round before your lasers kicked in.

Outsourcing? The good Min Grah has learned this most valuable of the corporate skills? Perhaps there is much that can be learned from fellow overlords after all

                Truth.

Disengage is an abomination. As is Manuever. And Base-swappery.

                  you old farts you

Maneuver is the saving grace to defense (and quite an interesting strategic addition, giving small defenses a chance to be ... dangerous). Disengage is the only way anyone leaves any substantial fleet at home during any round. Base swappery, well that i'll give you. But it seems there should be SOME way to pay others for services rendered ... And base swappery is how different from, say, saying 'you can have 6 of the 10 bases we capture this round'?

I vote we strip the rules back to L-F-T with none of the extra Munchkin orders.

                      • That might actually be interesting if one could attack multiple targets in one turn.
