    GTA San Andreas PC release date

    San Andreas Dated for Xbox, PC
    You've avoided the PS2 all this time. Release date within.

    March 3, 2005 - In its Q1 financial report today, Take-Two reiterated it will bring its blockbuster PlayStation 2 title Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas to the PC and Xbox in the company's third quarter.

    What does this mean for the rest of us, though? We checked in with Rockstar today and came away with a specific date: June 7, 2005 in North America, with a European release following on June 10.

    So, those of you obsessed with technical specs, lacking a PS2, or simply in love with the Xbox or the mouse and keyboard, mark your calendars.

    I've been looking forward to this for some time. Of course, I just discovered my wife has probably bought me a PS2 for my birthday (Saturday) so I can play San Andreas 'cause I've been talking about it so often. I really prefer gaming on a PC, though, and if I play the PS2 version now I won't want to play again in 3 months. However, I'd feel like a sh!t if I neglected to play the PS2 if she got it for me. Sigh.

          Finally

          I do have my brothers PS2 for some unknown time, and I've also borrowed GTA-SA, but I haven't played it since last tuesday (borrowed the PS2 last saturday) and have no intent to play it again on the console. The only reason I played it for so long was there were no other games, so I had to wait for Tekken 4 to arrive (which by 'coincidence' arrived last tuesday)

                  I've been waiting for this.
                  It's candy. Surely there are more important things the NAACP could be boycotting. If the candy were shaped like a burning cross or a black man made of regular chocolate being dragged behind a truck made of white chocolate I could understand the outrage and would share it. - Drosedars

                    Well happy f*cking birthday to me! My beloved wife bought me an X-box! She said she got on the GTA:SA X-box waiting list, but I told her I'll just buy it on PC in June. I also got the Aqua Teen Hunger Force DVDs, all 3 seasons. Cool beans!
