Many things. For instance you could have left your bases undefended and captured Lord Nuclear's in turn. The way things stand now, he is sure to win no matter what.

Just a note: should't Lord Nuclear lose one of his selfbuilt bases instead of one of the conquered ones to Spaced?

Conquered first. They would be the least protected of his bases.

Smiley, is it possible for me to have the Death Star next turn?

            We'll see.

Sandman- strategies you could have taken were either leave your bases, or if you are intent on defending against bad odds, focus all your firepower on one weapon type, so you get two full uses out of it before it gets destroyed.

The game is practically over, with one player all but surrendering to Lord Nuclear and the other two with infinitesimal chances of success in their impending do or die mission next turn. Perhaps it's time to start the new thread with the addition of manoeuvring rules.

SignUp Thread for VIII! Votes will be tallied on the various issues raised during this game. If you can think of any more / I missed some from these threads, let me know and I will add them for all to vote on. Note that voting on prebuilds already won, so that issue doesn't need to be voted on.

As of now I have 1 set of orders- do the other 3 want to continue?

The game has been played before with one player not submitting orders, I would think that if Spaced doesn't send orders, that he can still be attacked and just doesn't build anything (not that he could anyway), and given a random OoB, if he is not attacked, his BPs get stockpiled and nothing else changes.

I am pleased that Paddy, Hercules and Lord Nuclear are playing out the game though Lord Nuclear looks quite confident that he will win
