Aside from the starting BP total change, any other changes since the last game?

I wanna in...... (but I'm an FG n00b....)

              this has 24hr turns right?

Oh and for attack, can one use ships that has been built on that turn? (and end up with one turn blizkreig or something)

Turn length depends on the GM, but 24 hrs is the target.

Ships that have been built can be used to attack or defend on the same turn.

Last game it was suggested at one point that we not allow allied attacks in the following game (this one).....any thoughts on that?

Usually longer than 24 given the nature of the game, though 24 would be ok for a non-alliance game.

However IMO alliances and treachery (of Theben usually) are what makes the game fun.

                      Was it 2 and 3 or 3 and 4 I played in?

                      Anyway, In.

We should still have alliances, it adds another dimension to the game.

We should also have strict turn limits, though. 48 hours per turn is more than enough, IMO.

                              Just an few question:

Can you attack mutiple people on the same turn?

Can you add if statements to attacks, and if so, what kind? What about orders of battle in defense? (if side a attacks do blah, side b attacks do b....)

                                No to multiple attacks.

The second is more GM discretion, and depending on what you want to condition. Care has to be taken that people don't use conditional orders to escape betrayal, for example allied attack using OOB x if player y does the same, which seems reasonable on the face of it as OOBs are often difficult to coordinate in time.

And you have 2 OOBs if you attack (one for defence), at least if you leave some ships behind.
