I just saw that Matrix Games are selling Gates of Troy as a digital download for only $19.99 US. I know its not as good as a real box but they say boxes will be coming in a couple of weeks for a few bucks more, not sure how much. I don't know if they use DVD's or boxes over there?
Anyhow, it looks like a good way to try out the Slitherine games if you haven't already. I can highly reccomend them
