Trevor Chan had a hand in designing this game and it looks like one you could buy from a store - that is to say, professional-looking! And yet it's totally free!

Gave it a try once, the in-game buildings are based off real ones, slightly modified. I recognize the student union building, one of the clock towers, and the mathematics department building as copies of the ones here at Berkeley. Unfortunately you don't get to actually build the campus, it's more of a GUI feature.
