Mr. Gunner felt very cold. He had just taken a life and he didn't know if it was justified or not. Waves of guilt, followed by naseau, passed over his body. He walked down the hallway, leaned up against the wall, closing his eyes as if wishing this nightmare to be over. He glanced down at his hands and realized the trembling of his fingers. He needed air, he had to get out of the castle....
He started walking down the hall, his steps picked up speed as he made his way to the front door. The tortured historian threw the door open and ran out the door without shutting it. He didn't stop until he got the edge of the water where he fell to his knees, threw his head back and let out a long scream.....Haven't been here for ages....Comment
