Umm, I don't recall the game having established rules that cover dealing with people who fail to send their orders to the GM in time? There's the classic 11-11-11, of course, but I don't think it's ever been applied.

You can randomise the stats.

Of course I could process the second leg with the orders I have now, wait for Sheep, and then process the rest of his battles in the 2nd leg. And in the same PM get orders for Trident Guy for the 1st leg of the 2nd round, to speed things up.

That seems the best idea. We could put in the rules that after 48 hours the results are published, and anyone not with results has 24 hours to get those and the next rounds orders too you, to speed it up, so you can post the remaining ones and the next round?
