Eh, I dunno. The last grenade is pretty sweet I guess, but none of it seems that amazing. I guess I've just screwed around with the game enough (instead of actually trying to beat it) that I've basically done tons of crap like this. Hell, my friends and I would have fights where the only acceptable kill was a double plasma grenade (where the one bounces the other, like at the end of the video). This stuff is kind of cool to watch I guess, but I still don't think it's anything special.

Maybe ive missed the point because i never played Halo, but it looks really slow. Half the time he doesnt know where the enemies are coming from (he turns around at one point because of firing from his own team) he misses some square in front of him with a punch, and the music is really bad because its too fast for the very slow action on screen.

Halo is freakin' slow, and for those of us that grew up with Doom and Quake (looks like you're included from the post) it was incredibly annoying to get used to the speed. That said, once you get the hang of it, screwing around in co-op mode is loads of fun.

i've never played halo so i have to download these. especially since it's supposed to be the hardest part of the game. i can't count how many times i've heard halo on legendary is next the impossible.

You've missed the point. But at least you're aware that you've missed the point, so it's all good.

decent, but too repetitive still. If only there were some more enemy types, or some other textures inside the buildings than the standars ones, that would be a step in the right direction

it's weird, in that first movie, I remember having to face a lot more enemies. This guy only had a few yellow melee elites to deal with which is pathetic. And it's odd those hunters didn't just rape those marines in the centre! Maybe the marines had 999 health or something

Are we even sure it was on legendary?

Grenades and melee (instant kill from behind) are a must in legendary (especially this part). In fact, the way he played it would be the way anyone playing legendary would play it. The fact the marines survived was luck. I would be more impressed if he used no grenades and no melees and did it all with weaponry.

bah, not impressive. even the last shot isn' t really that impressive. getting a moment like that is just putting in enough hours of recording and you'll eventually have something like that. which sadly is to be said of most highlight fps movies today. in all my years of fps i'm sure if i had recorded it all i could make lots of highlight videos. i'm only impressed now by truely radical stuff that just doesn't happen to normal people. like 3 air rockets in a row at 120 ping in quake. now that's impressive.

halo looks cool though sorta like a cross between doom and perfect dark or something.

I'm glad there are some people here who agree that this stuff ain't that awsome. If I had a TV tuner for my comp, I'd make a video for you guys. Grenade jumping a warthog 300 ft. straight up with a guy in it, then pegging it with a rocket is way cooler than the stuff shown here.
