It's not a rumor...it's in PC Gamer and they don't do things unless they expect ad sales.

Did anyone actually read the article? I agree with Jam, but it does seem strange.

Interplay could get bought and the new publisher might be more interested.

It will most probably be dissappointing.
It's candy. Surely there are more important things the NAACP could be boycotting. If the candy were shaped like a burning cross or a black man made of regular chocolate being dragged behind a truck made of white chocolate I could understand the outrage and would share it. - Drosedars

I think it's been about 4 years since I bought a computer mag...and the only reason I bought one was for the Arcanum Demo.

I thought the internet had killed computer mags. Why waste paper and discs when you can read it on-line and download the free demos?

You can't download a lot of demos for free Well, at least they don't want you to at first. IGN and Gamespot like to make people pay to get the early releases.

Afaik the report is genuine: PC versions of NWN2 and BG3 are in production. The big question is which dev studios are going to be working on them. BioWare are doing their own stuff at the moment and Obsidian seems to have its hands full. Like another PC Fallout title, who do we trust to do the games pedigree justice?
To doubt everything or to believe everything are two equally convenient solutions; both dispense with the necessity of reflection.
