Chapter 5- Teasing the Tiger

Jonny and Vlad Antlerkov built Epsilon, and Spam respectively. But, before Vlad Antlerkov could finish the city, DarkCloud sent four nukes to him, killing him and destroying his city. Here is the interesting part. Whoha sent one nuke to Chaunk, one to DarkCloud, one to Skanky Burns, and one to Theben. What will they do about it?

I thought that, if you're building a new city and all of your existing cities are destroyed, you're still left with the new city you've built. And also that hiding in a bunker is a "secret project."

nope, no alliance, I just worked it out and saw that 5 people probably had 4 nukes each, and figured there'd be some nukes flying around this turn.
