Anyone care to speculate as to whether Vlad has built a shield generator yet? If he has then he doesn't have any problem, and can quite happily build another four bases or so, and enough ships to defend them next turn, while he builds another generator.

As an aside, people who didn't attack Vlad missed THE golden opportunity. They would have gained 6 bases. Now he's back, and I guess he wants revenge

I ended last turn with 23 BP. Since I received a total of 27 BP from my bases (25 from self-built bases, 2 from captured bases), shouldn't I have 50 BP as opposed to 49?
