    I ran across one thing I think neds to be changed in govern.txt- wonderrushmodifier. Too much in favor of the player i think. I don't think there should be wonder rushing so it should be very high like 100. Maybe lower for more peaceful/cultural govts, but considering how much gold hoarding happens in the gme wonder rushing should be a rare.

      Yeah, I thought about that too. Modifying the game, away from the idea of what Activision wanted sounds pretty unpleasant, and its not an improvement.

      Instead, ill be releasing a mod with the goverment changes and tech tree restructurations, sorry if this is out of place.
