  • City types

It would be nice if there could be more city types. (like campment deployed by regiment, with a reduced level of productivity ,with a variable for building and unit which allows to determine the required level of productivity to produce them).
For example, provisory campment allows to produce units of a certain type through slavery, conscription etc...
I need your lights to think clearly.

Or special colonies that can be set up to produce certain units (like barbarians).

Maybe new city types would be settlements, colonies, then the different size cities (village, town, city, metroplis) could have different variables or allow different improvement or tile improvements.

Hmmm... where have we seen this discussion before?

        Oh... I remember...

        Here.

We've actually already covered a lot of ground on this, and many other subjects... consider searching before you add another thread.

Thanks for your attention in this matter.

MrBaggins, just so you know... a search on colonies DOES produce a listing for the thread you mention, but it's more than 10 posts down! Who wants to sift through all of that???

Maybe next time instead of chastising new users who don't scour every single single thread to check for a question, you can simply provide the link and save the attitude.

We're all just trying to help each other learn, right? We're not trying to make people feel silly... because that isn't going to encourage new users to talk.

          Thank YOU!
