I want to play it but is there anyway to get it? I have downloaded versions 2 and 4 but neither was playable, I just got a lot of SLIC errors.

In that case switch of debugging slic. To do this: Go to your ...\ctp2_program\ctp\ folder open the file userprofile.txt with any editor of your choice and change the line

DebugSlic=Yes

to

DebugSlic=No

That should be all.
