Didn't this FAI_FirstArmy array get initialised with the first army of the human player (= a settler) at the start of the game? By the time you are going to access it, this settler army should almost always have become invalid through founding the first human city. I think this came up during one of our discussions about the Slic "array index out of bounds" problems when a new civilisation was created through a revolt.

I did not understand at the time when the IsArmyValid branch was supposed to get triggered. Do you expect the frenzy level to increase while the human player is running around looking for a nice spot to settle?
