Call To Power 2 Cradle 3+ mod in progress: https://apolyton.net/forum/other-games/call-to-power-2/ctp2-creation/9437883-making-cradle-3-fully-compatible-with-the-apolyton-edition
I've been trying to download E's Civ3 graphics set but the connection breaks about a 5th of the way through the download. Is there another link I can use to download the archive?
Sorry, it's still not working, though it managed to get about 60% downloaded before it broke.
I'm trying it the the download manager Net Transport, too. It's telling me that "this site can't resume broken downloads", which I don't understand because other files I've downloaded from here with NT have been resumable.
I suspect it might be that your download manager can't handle the php setup of the Apolyton upload feature. I uploaded the latest version of E's graphics to my uni website here. See if you can download them from there...
I got 70% this time lol. I don't know where the fault is, other files have downloaded first try but this one, also the messageboards sometimes miss-load leaving messages half downloaded, you know what I mean?
The other files I downloaded are from urls like www.apolyton.net/ctp2/files/... and apolyton.net/ctp/files/patch... while the graphics pack one is apolyton.net/upload/view.php?file=2610_E-tiles1-16.zip
Could there be something related to php affecting is or is there a different way the site uses bandwidth with urls similar to that of the graphics pack or am I completely clutching at straws here?
It looks great. When I reinstalled CTP the original landscape looked dead, basically.
Theres a few errors with your tiles though - the fishing boats for the improvements have shallow water colours underneath them so they look a bit odd on deep water. Also theres a continental shelf tile that doesn't tile well - theres discolouration and you can see where it joins.
