    There seems to be a bug here the buildings do not give any added defense to your city or AI's at all.
    The AI would benifit very much if there were a way to make them work right. Modern sea and air units seems to over power the AI . These buildings might give the AI a fighting chance.

    this only works if there is an air or sea unit present in the city. i have never seen the ai make air units and it do not make many good sea units

      The problem rather lies in the source code and it is fixed by Nelson and Bronte. Of course you need the latest playtest version of CTP2 from the source code forum to have these features fixed.

        Thank you for your help.

        Was teaking gamedata files and would have made the wrong changes. For now I use a in house game rule -only use a 3 stack for air units and a 6 stack for sea units.
