    Great job. It really looks wonderful and you have done some great things.

      Rubin's enthusiasm and want for this project to succed has given us a great base.

      His work and being on the forum has injected debate along with work to make this MOD a must have for all SMAC ppl. that have CIV.
      You have two choices in life; Explore and learn or Vegetate.
