I have CTP2 running on Win7 Home Premium. The issue I have is that every time I play I end up playing against England, Scotland and Ireland. It doesn't mater what civilization I choose to be, those are always the opponents. I had this issue once before, but it went away for a bit then came back. Anyone have an idea of how to unstick the opponent selector?
