Can't get Apolyton Edition to work.

I can't get the Apolyton Edition to work.

My regular install of CTP2 works.
I put the AE files in Programs/Activision/Call to Power 2.
When I double click the exe it crashes to desktop and I get an endless list of missing icons.

ICON_GOOD_ARCTIC_MOUNTAIN_THREE not found in data base.
ICON_GOOD_ARCTIC_MOUNTAIN_FOUR not found in data base.
ICON_GOOD_DESERT_THREE not found in data base.

etc, etc.

All I can think of is, redownload the AE patch and try to reinstall it again. If that fails, unitnstall CtP2 and then reinstall it and then isntall the new download of AE.

It sounds like you are missing a bunch of files.

Probably, it is easier to do what Yolky says then figuring out what in particular went wrong.

Anyway, in your Programs/Activision/Call to Power 2/ctp2_data/uniticons.txt threre should be a line containing ICON_GOOD_ARCTIC_MOUNTAIN_THREE, if everything worked fine.
