I've been trying to get some Civ game (besides FreeCiv) to work in Ubuntu. I managed to get CTP2 to work, mostly. The only problem is that I can't save. The game crashes and closes down when I attempt this. Autosave works. I can also do a quicksave, technically speaking. The game crashes still, but the quicksave file is created at least. Does anyone have any issues similar to this?
Also, I noticed something weird. When I played it, I didn't have the usual default civs (Scottish, Americans, French, Germans, Native Americans, etc.). I actually had an assortment. From what I can remember, it always used the same civs in each game. Am I just mistaken on this?
