problems with the patch

hey i cant get the patch to work.
when i run the program it cant find ctp2 on my cpu.
i got it to work once and i uninstalled the whole game and now i cant get it to work.
i have a full installation of the game on my cpu.
i dont know what to do from here.
if any one has any ideas id be very grateful!

Go to the Apolyton CTP2 download section and get the manual patch or better get the Apolyton Edition.
