Problem with videos

I installed CTP 2 ,the patch, and modswapper The games plays beautifully except for the introduction movies and Wonder movies The sound is normal I read in the forum it might be the indeo codec which I installed with their exe file but not into Call to power @ directory The movies still do not work If I attempt to play a video with microsoft player I get the sound but no pictures
I am running on Window vista Duo Pentium $ megs of Ram memory Nivida graphic card latest driver Any help would be appreciated

How to make videos display:
1. Install Indeo codec. You can download it here: http://www.moviecodec.com/downloads/31d.html
2.Open command line and type "regsvr32 ir50_32.dll"

I was able to download the indeo codec as you suggested but on vista when I start>Run >cmdand enter the Regsvr32 ir50_32.dll The message I get an error code When I search for the dll file it does not exist

What error code did you exactly got?
Try to run command line as administrator.

I was able to do it by using administrator the videos now play
