my Laptop won't read the CTP2 cd-rom

I have a bad problem here. My old Call To Power 2 doesn't work with my new laptop. I have 32-bit Vista. The cd-drive won't read the disk! Here you find the specs of my laptop: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/d...roduct=3819775

It's Hewlett-Packard Pavilion DV5-1199eo with Nvidia Geforce 9600M GT. My Call To Power 2 is an old Xplosiv release like this: http://shop.sector.sk/img/call_to_po...xplosiv-pc.jpg
I also downloaded the image of the game from internet becouse I couldn't get it work, installed it, but when I try to play it it complains "Put your Call to Power 2 CD 2 in your CD-ROM drive." eventhought I downloaded a crack and I have the image mounted with Daemon Tools.

I've read that such problem with Xplosiv edition are met when you try running the game with Age of Men's mod. Are you playing the basic game or the modded one? Did you installed the official patch?
