I have a strange problem regarding negotiating with another hman player while playing a LAN game. Whenever a human player contacts the other to negotiate a trade, the other player gets a phone ring sound. The interface will pop up, but no picture and it doesn't show anything to trade. Everything works fine when dealing with an AI. has anyone esle seen this problem? How do I get this to work? Thanks.
