CTP2AE is the source code project. Its basically a fan made patch with new features an an improved AI. you can follow along in the link in my signature as a "playtester"

CTP2AE reques the download of the three RAR files found at the begining of the playtest thread and for the latest "build" download the link below Playtester that says Revision and install that.
