Router mulitplayer help

Does anyone know the ports that need to be opened, or any other way i can play using a router?

The initial connection is to UDP port 21157 of the server.
This connection will be used to distribute address information to/about the players, who may use some - randomly generated - port numbers in the range from 21100 up to (including) 21299.
