Hotseat for CtP2

Hi there. I'm new to this forum, but I'd like to know something about the possibility of having a hotseat-game in Call to Power 2? Is there still no patch or hack or something to enable Hotseat-mode?
Maybe anyone having a clue of the Source-Code (Project) can help?

The easy answer is in the FAQ, although hotseat is less buggy in the source code project version.
