Can't find server, help!

My ctp2 cannot find server on the internet to play,
can anyone help me?

I tried enetring lobby with this file last night and saw 2 people in the 911 lobby but could not actually enter

today no one was there but saw the lobby but could not enter

I am running xp and have the patches,ect.

I been playing for years and for some reason cant access the lobby

I understand with xp its a fricking mess with game saves and such
but anyone have any ideas?

maybe norton has it blocked?

Im on an Athlon 64 bit processor, 1 gig ram Cable Radeon X800 Pro graphics so my system is ok

any thoughts?

when i try to enter the 911 server this is what I see:
