Multiplayer email game problem !

Did you play the multiplayer email game ? According to me there are a few bugs here:
1.Cities do not grow
2.When you are about to make a new scientific research - computer just start this research once again from the start ... so it is impossible to research anything
3.Any terrain improvements e.g. irrigation can by applied but will not be finished ...

Any ideas or similar experience ?

PBEM still hasn't been fixed, I noticed the same errors when I tryed it a while back.

You could try posting in the source code forum, maybe encourage someone to work on it
