New problem

I can't place any tile improvements on the map. I tryed reinstalling with no success, and the problem is occuring on all my installs of CTP2, except the playtest version. It started two days ago for no apparent reason. I have plenty of pw, and when I select a tile improvement to place I can see the icon, it just can't be placed. However, I can place tile improvements through the cheat menu. Anyone have any ideas on what could be wrong?

I tryed reinstalling already, it worked initially, but then it stopped.

Problem solved. Mass reinstallation did the trick.
