Give or Sell Units.

In Civ II it was possible to offer units to other Civ. (It could have some strategical advantage : help an ally ...).

Do you know if there's a mod which allow to give, sell or buy an unit to/from another civ ?

Not that I'm aware of but I have only some experience with mods (using Wes's MedMod 4.13)
