DX7.0a question.... about a "missing" .dll

Do you have the DX driver "gchand.dll"??? If you don't, does it affect your playing CTP?

Also if you do, where is it installed at?

This is the only file I seem to be missing when it comes to trying to play CTP. Or at least this is what the CTP's DXdiag is telling me.
