Map Help

Apologies if this is a repeat question, but I'm having great problems loading a world map. I've tried saving it into the games and maps folders with no luck. Any advice on the best (easiest) way would be much appreciated,

There's a section on Apolyton called ctp maps. Go there and there is alot of information on getting your maps to work and how to load them correctly. Sorry I couldn't be of more help but I'm not an expert on the subject.
